Help about the LYRA Quick Look Viewer Tool

  • Begin: Begin of the plotted time interval. Format: YYYY-mm-DDTHH:MM:SS for data from Multi Files and HH:MM:SS for data from a Single File. Appears in red if Begin is not correct.
  • End: End of the plotted time interval. Same format as Begin. Appears in red if End is not correct.
  • Duration: Duration of the time interval in seconds. Constraint: 0 ≤ Duration ≤ 16 days = 1382400 s. Appears in red if the Duration is not correct.
  • +1 Day: Add 1 day (= 86400 s) to the Duration. Active only for Multi Files.
  • -1 Day: Subtract 1 day (= 86400 s) to the Duration. Active only for Multi Files.
  • Previous: Shift the time interval of Duration in the past.
  • Next: Shift the time interval of Duration in the future.
  • Previous & Next?: Permits to switch between direct time modification (Begin and End) and use of Previous / Next Buttons.
  • OK: permits to load the selected data from the server.
  • File: the selected fits file. Only available on Single File. A file name autocompletion is available. You need to digit at least 3 characters. You can use the joker characters % and _. The autocompletion suggests maximum 30 file names. E.g.:
    • lyra_201706 will suggest the – 50 first – fits files of June 2017,
    • 1706 will give the same,
    • std will suggest the – 50 first – standard (std) fits files,
    • 1706%lev3 will give the – 50 first – level3 fits files of June 2017,
    • and 17061_ will give the – 50 first – file in the second decade of June 2017 (from 10 to 19 of June).
  • Directory: Go to the directory of the current fits file. Only available on Single File.
  • Headers: Show the fits file headers. Only available on Single File.
  • Line?: Connect the experimental points with a line.
  • Point Size: Plot point size. Constraint: 0 ≤ Point Size ≤ 50.
  • Fullscreen: plot using the full screen. Hit the Esc key or click on the cyan area to return to normal plot size.
  • Save Plot: Permits to save the current plot in png format.
  • Source: Permits to plot data coming from a Single File or from Multi Files.
  • Level: Permits to choose fits files of level 1, 2 or 3. Only available on Multi Files. On Single File, the level selection is done from the fits file name.
  • Show Only Some Channels: Unselect the channel you don't want. See checkbox at right.
  • Autoscale?: Permit to normalize the curves to the same scale.
  • Reset Scales: Reset the scale of each channel, i.e. set y' = 1 .  y - 0 ).
  • Tooltip?: Permits to show the data points coordinates.
  • Affine Transformation: Use the form at right y' =              . y -              ).
  • Zooming: Drag & drop on the main plot or on the thumbnail. Double click or u key or click on the yellow area to unzoom.
